中商產(chǎn)業(yè)研究院預(yù)測(cè)，2022年我國(guó)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模將增至48.9萬(wàn)億元，數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)在GDP中的比重將超過(guò)40%。隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型不斷深入的同時(shí)，數(shù)字化人才缺口卻近1100萬(wàn)。中國(guó)信息通信研究院發(fā)布的《數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)就業(yè)影響研究報(bào)告》指出，數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)化領(lǐng)域招聘崗位占總招聘數(shù)量的32.6%。高水平的數(shù)字化人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵任務(wù)之一。
